INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup arrowroot flour
  • 1 cup cassava flour
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 8 whole eggs
  • 3 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tarter
  • 2/3 teaspoon stevia liquid
  • 4 tablespoon coconut oil for greasing the waffle iron

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat the waffle iron and generously grease with coconut oil. Combine all the ingredients for the waffles by hand in a mixing bowl or use a KitchenAid.
  2. Pour batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden brown (You can cook them more or less, depending on your personal preference).
  3. Top with your favorite toppings. I topped with dairy free yogurt, almond butter, freeze dried raspberries, rose petals, and granola chunks.
