These can be prepare very simply as below or you can add a touch of flair with Balsamic Vinegar or other flavors

- Brussel Sprouts
Instructions:
- Pre heat oven 425f
- Trim ends, and cut in half. If they are very large quarter them.
- Coat with Olive Oil
- Veg Pepper
- Salt to taste
- Roast Sprouts on baking sheets, single layer
